07 · State-licensed

NY Industrial Code Rule 59 and 60

DOL-certified consultation, remediation plan, and re-inspection support. The state clock is unforgiving: 30 days to hire, 75 to deliver the report, 6 months to remediate. Miss any of them and your manual-rate premium takes a cumulative 5% surcharge.
