Kay Yoder

Kay is a strategic Environment, Health, and Safety leader with over 30 years of global experience ensuring regulatory compliance, improving safety performance, and integrating sustainability into existing business practices.

Her technical and managerial expertise covers conventional EHS, radiation safety, fleet safety and DOT compliance, transportation of hazardous materials, workers' compensation claims management, business continuity, and emergency response planning.

Kay combines an engineering background with the leadership work of building relationships across the org chart and creating a culture focused on risk reduction. That culture is what produces the audit result.

Lexanne Kroll

Lexanne is an accomplished private investigator and security professional with over 25 years in risk management. She develops tactical plans to identify, mitigate, and resolve safety and fraudulent events while protecting company assets.

Her focus is risk mitigation and process design: identifying risk by likelihood and impact, prioritizing by severity to focus resources on the most critical issues, and building a risk matrix that guides decision-making and resource allocation.

In municipal and manufacturing environments she runs OSHA assessments focused on compliance and loss prevention. As owner-operator of a private investigative, insurance-adjustment, and litigation company, she has implemented safety and loss-prevention programs across manufacturing, hospitals, and municipalities.
